| Sapporo Temple |
Had such a dope week this week. It was kinda up and down just because Japanese is kinda really hard. But there's so many little things that just lighten my day back up whenever I'm down. And those little things make me just feel so much joy and especially feel the joy of being on a mission! This work is so amazing and I'm so lucky to be able to be apart of it.
Zone Confrence:
But anyways we had Zone Conference this week!! We went to Sapporo and met with all our zone at the mission home and had awesome trainings all day and there are such cool missionaries here that I was able to learn so much from. And then we did an activity where we did a fake lesson to some of the people running zone conference. And of course we got Toma 会長 and Toma 姉妹 who is the Mission President and his wife. Who are the most amazing people and support me so much, but I was just nervous because they are the ones there that actually matter haha. But both lessons actually went pretty good. And I could feel the spirit so strong and the words in Japanese were just flowing so easily some how. And that was such a blessing for me just because I've been working so hard and I know God helped me to be able to speak good during that time.
Temple:
We also got to go to the Temple the next Day!! It is so beautiful!! And just has the coolest Japanese feel. And I really could feel the spirit so strong there I can't even explain it. All the workers also were trying their hardest to speak in English for us. Which most the missionaries don't even need it, but they wanted to show they cared and it was just so special.
Church!!!
Church was sooo lit!! And I bet a lot of you could guess why..... Primary Program!!!! It was sooo good. And all the little kids are sooo cute. And also I get jealous of how good their Japanese is but it's okay haha. They sang some beautiful songs and gave really cute talks. My favorite part though at church was right after. I was actually having a little bit of a rough time getting on myself about the language. And there were some kids playing a ring toss game. And these kids are normally kinda scared of me haha. Just cause I probably look like some tall Alien or something to them. But when I asked if I could play with them in my broken Japanese they were all so sweet and nice to me and let me play with them and that just instantly made me like start shedding a tear because i could really see Christ's light through each of these little kids. And now we're all besties. So I can't wait to get to see them next week.
Halloween Party!!
This was awesome and we got to set up with the members before and they were all so helpful and did some amazing planning to have a fun night!! And we had almost 15 nonmember friends make it!! And it was so cool to see everyone hanging out and sharing the joy of this church through our awesome members!!
Scripture!!
2 Nephi 2:11
This scripture was really cool to get to share with a friend. This life is so Joyful. And this Church brings that Joy to the max. But we need to have opposition and through that we can bring success and joy.
