The Snow's Coming

What's upp!! This was another awesome week, we had some really cool progress with a friend and I had exchanges this week which was super sick. It's also starting to get a bit cold. They measure by Celsius but we're now in the negatives so it's been pretty fun. I'm excited for the snow to come. 

Got to finally play some sports this week! Which was awesome and made finding people instantly so much easier. We played mini volley ball. And it was mostly older women but I'm not lying when I say they were insane!! I caught myself going like full-out spiking it at some of these ladies. But they were just so good. And they talked to us after and loved getting to know me which was so fun. We got to tell them about our Halloween Party coming up so that was really good too! 

This week we had exchanges so the Elders from Abashiri came to our area and I was with Elder Welling from my area and Elder Durrant from Aba. And that was such a dope day! We got to go to a huge Gym and play basketball and there was only people there for ping pong, but we asked an older man while he was walking by if he would want to play. And he was down and so we played with him. And he was on my team and was doing the craziest no look passes that went out of bounds most the time but I thought they were pretty cool. But we played some ping pong with him and his friends after and then I got their contact information after which was my first so far so that was such a highlight of my week. And were hoping he can come to Church or English class soon! 

Last Pday we got to go with one of our friends のりこさん to this really cool garden thingy. And it's owned by one guy but it was like super pretty! This friend is amazing. She knows everyone in Obihiro and she is so sweet and everything we go there she buys a ton of snacks for us to eat. But anyways we had a 2 1/2 hrs lesson the other day with her about the Atonement. And she just was so curious. And had some really good questions. But I think we were able to help with some of those. And I think she's really come a long way. So hopefully more good news to come with her!!!

Scripture: 3 Nephi 24:11

I loved Christ's message in this scripture. My favorite part is in the end it says our fruit will not be cast before the time in the fields. And I loved this message, that Christ will always be there for us and his Atonement is always there. And he will not leave us.
