| When you see a Mountain of snow, why not |
Heyyoo everyone! This week's was solid, I gave me and Rollins 長老 haircuts and we're not bald so it went good enough. it's getting pretty cold and the snow is fun. But I don't like that we can't bike anymore haha. We've had to do a couple hours of walking a day now which isn't always the funnest, but sometimes can be when your walking on just snow and ice.
Nayoro!
A lot of that walking is to go to the train station to go to the city Nayoro. And we went basically every day this week, which is a lot. Because the University there is like another 30 min walk. Butttt we are moving soon yay! So we are supposed to move to Nayoro soon and that will be awesome. We will also be right by the train station too, so we can go back to Shibetsu easily.
We went to Badminton this week and it was good. The main thing is we got an invite to basketball this week so I'm excited for that because we get to meet a bunch of new cool people.
Zone Confrence! And Temple!
We got to go to Sapporo again for zone conference and that was really good. We had good trainings and fake lessons that went well.
My favorite part was getting to go to the temple though. It is so pretty inside and the feeling I get while inside is more calming and spiritual then any other place. It reminded me of the general conference talk where Elder Budge talked about 無為 "mui" or "to be still". I loved that talk, and felt it so strong at the Temple.
I also got to meet the Temple recorder who knows my dad so that was really cool! Luckily he spoke English haha, so that helped a bit.
