2 un-fluent Elders running 士別

First week with 4 Elders in this area was insane!! My companions name is Elder Yamada. He's super dope, and he played basketball and lacrosse in high-school, so we've got lot in common.

The snow has been coming down lately, the park next to the church is now just a ginormous mountain of snow and you can't see the playground anymore. But yea we're trying to go sledding soon hopefully.  

New Comp

But me and my new companion have just been talking to every person possible. Trying to serve people and help with snow removal and we actually got two people to let us help which was a miracle. And we also got to share a message housing this week which was huge and helped me realize that people are willing to hear from us. 

Church!!

This week I was able to give a talk. Which was freaky. But somehow I was able to ramble for like 12 min. And also the best part is we invited 3 friends and they all came! So that made my week just having friends there and they all loved getting to meet the members.

We all can be a light through our good works. Sometimes it is hard to get to share messages here with people, but us asking to serve them is enough to bring a smile to their faces. And I've grown to really appreciate the little things like a smile from a random person on the street.
