Officially Unbanned!

 

Finally got to see the ocean!!

Hey everyone! This was another really good week, got to play basketball and made some friends. And I also got to give my comps haircuts. And then they gave me a fire buzz. But yea it was good.

Nayoro

We had only like 1 full day in our area this week but it was really good. And we got to go to a bottle cap sorting service thing. And met a lot of awesome people. And we also went to our English circle and one of the students there was able to get us Unbanned from Enlgish and Basketball at the college. So that's lit were back! And then we got to go to Japanese sign language. And that was so hard because its like i cant even understand what they are saying haha, but the people were the best. 

Bball

We also got to go to a different basketball circle for the first time. And it was actually a team of like 7 guys. Who were really good actually. But they want my comp and I to join their team so we will see what happens with that.  

Exchanges

We did 2 exchanges this week which was really dope. We went up to which is the farthest north area in Japan. And it was on the coast which was really cool. And then we went to a more city area called Asahikawa. And while we were there we got to have a really cool experience. 

We were housing and went into this one giant apartment building. And basically had to skip most the doors because no one lived there. And we got a bunch of rejects. But then one lady opened the door. And she and her family are from the Philippines. She believes in God and Christ and wanted to here our message. So we got to teach the whole Restoration. Which was so cool because she spoke Tagalog and Cebuano but only a little Japanese. So we both just did our best speaking our non native language. And I still could feel the spirit so strong while getting to teach that lesson.

We got to share this scripture with a friend this week. And I love this gospel so much because it is always inviting to do good. And it really is amazing all the blessings that come from this gospel. So I hope you all can be able to recognize the good things in your life, and know they are from God.
