父の日

(Fathers Day)
Nayoro Bye's:(
This week was crazy awesome. Basically hung out with a bunch of friends in Nayoro and said bye, and then came to the new area and have had a few cool things to be able to do so far which was super dope.

It was super sad saying bye to everyone but it's been good to have some change. Said bye to the Shimokawa family and bball team. They all signed a shirt for me and gave it to me while playing my favorite song. It was really kind of them, made me emotional.

Tomakomai
I don't really remember anything else I did before transfer. But yea then in Tomakomai we have had fun stuff. It's more of a city for sure, not as many weird stares from people for being a taller white guy. But the people are always just really nice.

We played scrabble woth some friends at there place and they invited their American friend who is actually now a coach at Hokkaido University for American football. So that was dope talking about that. Hopefully we can go to like a practice or something.

The members are super cool. It's a branch with about 25 people. And a group on zoom of 10 people. There's kids!!! There's a family with 5 kids and he is also the branch president, they are lit.

Spiritual
This week I felt just a lot of gratitude for prayer. The chance to be able to talk to God whenever, wherever. And he is always listening. It's something that also brings us closer to God, Christ, and others. I have seen that with my companions and with friends even. When I have been able to hear a friend pray for the first time for our meal or a lesson, it is such an amazing experience. Just the idea that they know now that they really can talk to God whenever they need him. And that is everyday for all of us.
I love the power of prayer, it has made such a huge impact on me.

Love you all! Praying for you all! And happy fathers day Pop. Couldn't imagine my life without the support and stability I've been able to have from you!
