Anotha Week in Japan!

Hey everyone! This week was pretty good. Did not have much time in our own area again but it was good. We had two exchanges this week which was really good and saw lots of blessings. And then my companion got another headache so we were in for two days. But I've been able to see the Lords hand in my life. I've been reading the Book of Mormon a lot since I've had so much time in the apartment. And I love how much I can learn every time. 

Exchanges

For exchanges, I got to be companions with Elder Wilson for a day who's a dawg that plays football from California/Utah. And then also exchanged with the APs. They are a trio now so I was with Elder Bates and Elder Shinno. 

Me and Elder Wilson got to visit some old friends. Didn't meet the person we thought we would but we met his grandpa. And surprisingly he talked to us for like 30 min. He built a hoop in their driveway. So we shot some hoops, and then just talked about america because his son in-law is from New York. He was super cool.

Me and Elder Bates and Elder Shinno just went knocking houses all day. The people were not always the happiest to talk to us for some reason. But it was dope. We were always in sight of course haha, but we would each be talking to seperate people at the same time, and just going crazy on sharing messages. It was pretty a pretty cool night.

Other than that we had volleyball and badminton which im gettin pretty good at. Made a few of friends through that. And we have 2 basketball teams trying to get us to join right now. Can meet some new people. But yea... week flew bye

Spiritual

I really loved this scripture I read this week. It was in Mosiah 24 and it is about the people of Alma who have been under the control of the lamanites. But when the people pray and trust in God. He says to them in verse 14 

"And I will also ease the burdens which are put upon your shoulders, that even you cannot feel them on your backs" 

If we will have patience and have Faith in the Lord he will ease our burdens. I have been able to see this with simple things and know that God loves each of us.
