Kickin it on the Coast

What's good everyone!!! This week was super cool. Got to knock a lot of doors. Found a old friend of the   missionaries, and got to teach my first lesson in a while right then which was a miracle. And we got to set   a returning appointment! And then we also got absolutely destroyed a different night and could barely get   a word out at every door we knocked. And some guy filmed us and called the cops, like bruhh really. But   they never came which was good.

Yufutsu!
We went to a small town called Yufutsu which reminded me of my last area. And was super cool. Got to see the beach. And actually the first door we knocked were people from Nepal, they owned the indian curry restaurant just down the street, and they gave us some Nepal candy. Nobody else listened but it was a cool day, lots of miracles.

Sports
Played bball at the park and gym and made a bunch of friends with kids. And then got to play a bunch of grandmas in ping pong and they are so cracked out of their mind. But my team did really good. And then were gonna go to dinner with one of them maybe soon so thats really cool.

Friends vibin
Hasegawa san is a goat! He's another old friend of the missionaries. And we met up with him. And then he wanted to get some lunch but we had just had a big lunch right before. And so lets just say my comp did not make it. But yea the friend felt really bad. But overall the meetup was great! And he is gonna start coming to all of our activities from now on.

Spiritual
This week during that night that we couldn't get anyone to listen, one of the people said basically that them and Christ have no relation. And that is a pretty normal thing that they say sometimes, but for some reason this time it like really hit me hard. And as I wanted to speak up and say otherwise, he said "Goodbye" just kind of joking cause were american. Which I was just like dang am I not showing these people how important this message really is.
But when I was thinking about this I thought of D&C 123:17. It says "let us cheerfully do all things that lie in our power; and then may we stand still, with the utmost assurance, to see the salvation of God, and for his arm to be revealed."
Especially on the mission things have been hard at times but as we do all we can cheerfully, God will provide us with what we need.

Love you all! Hope you have a super joy filled week. Catch yall next week!
