🌊🏙📖🌳🏀week

This week flew bye, it feels like I just wrote out my email for last week.  Time on the mission really just goes by so quick.  

But anyways this week was lit! Happy 4th by the way!!!! We didn't really get to celebrate it was sad. But yea...

We went to the beach on Pday with the district, and then got indian curry together and it was so gas. And we got to play football at the beach which was something i missed.

Then we got to go to Sapporo the next day, had Zone Conference. It was really great, we had awesome trainings and yea dope stuff. Super spiritual too which was really amazing of course.

Then we went in the temple the next day, was with another zone too so it was so many people I knew. And the temple is just the best anyways. But yea that was a super awesome day. 

Takeda san!

We had a lesson with that friend from last week. Planned it out a bit, but her first question was a total curveball so we had to change the whole lesson and just run with it. Turned out good! Were going again this week. 

Exchange

And then we went home super fast showered and then caught a Train to Muroran for exchanges(Switching companions for the day) with the zone leaders. I was with my old companion Elder Rollins from Shibetsu days. He is soo cracked at Japanese. It was really cool working with him again. We were in their area but found a guy from Oregon and I was low key so nervous. I have never knocked a door and had to speak English haha. But it was good and he might come to help with English class. 

Bball at the Park

We sometimes go and play basketball at the park on the night of Pday. And we went today and met a bunch of middle schoolers. And then when we were about to leave another guy who was about 30 pulled up. We were about to leave but I had a feeling to go back, we did and I got to play him 1on1. He was pretty good, and he actually just moved here from Osaka. So he doesn't really have a lot of friends here yet but he did join a basketball team. And he said we could try to join and he would drive us. But yea that was super cool miracle. 

Spiritual:

I was studying a lot about Christ and Christlike attributes this week. I came across a scripture that was really powerful. And makes everything simpler. It is 3 Nephi 27:27

27 And know ye that ye shall be judges of this people, according to the judgment which I shall give unto you, which shall be just. Therefore, what manner of men ought ye to be? Verily I say unto you, even as I am.

If we simply look at Christ, his teachings, and his apostles we can see how we should try to act. Christ is the most pure example there is.
