blessings...
So first off we had a feeling to ask our grandma about baptism. And at first she stopped me mid sentence and just said "too fast", but we pushed back the date a bit and she said she is down. So we have that planned for in about a month and a half, and we can keep helping her and teaching her. The last baptism in this branch was also like 8 years ago so that's gonna be super special for the branch.Church poppinChurch this week was crazy. I had a crazy bad headache, and I was the first talk. It was pretty good. Then after that I was translating the rest of church for our friend who is Cambodian. And I don't even know if he fully understands the English that I'm saying half the time. After that my eyes were just blurry for our lesson with that friend, but by the end he wanted to take home a book of mormon. Then we texted a referral and he pulled up after church. And shared with us that he felt like God's been calling him to us. So we had an amazing lesson with him. And he asked for a book of mormon also. It was also a miracle I didn't go crazy with that headache. We got to visit a member who is like 90 so he can't make it to church anymore because of health, but just from walking in his house. You could see how much faith he has from the pictures on the walls. He was baptized at age 50 and served 3 missions with his wife. But it felt like a miracle we were there. Because he got up at one point to get something. And he ended up falling backwards about to hit his back and probably head on a coffee table but I was close enough and caught him right above it. And he just acted like nothing happened and walked off like a g.SpiritualWe have been sharing a lot with friends and members about miracles in our lives lately. And I love this scripture from 2 Nephi 27.23 For behold, I am God; and I am a God of miracles; and I will show unto the world that I am the same yesterday, today, and forever; and I work not among the children of men save it be according to their faith.Love you all!!❤️
